Job Purpose
Impossible Marketing is the leading Internet marketing company that specializes in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Due to expansion of business this role is responsible for marketing Impossible to prospective and existing client through outbound calls. Call centre agents also play an important role in delivering the team’s targets in support of the Marketing Department strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Act as front liners giving excellent customer service at all times
• Cold calling prospective client via pre-defined list
• Attend to customer queries and provide expert level product knowledge
• Schedule appointments for consultant team
• Generate and grow business with existing clients and develop new business opportunities
• Other ac-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements
GCE ‘N’ level and above
Fresh graduates/Entry level
Basic knowledge of Media/Online marketing
Computer literate, knowledge in MS office a must
Possess good listening and communication skills, positive and initiative.
This position is open to Singapore Citizen/PR only.
